New target group: young people
Motosuisse is an association of Swiss manufacturers, wholesalers and importers of motorbikes and scooters as well as motorbike and scooter accessories.
In 2021, a change in the law came into force that allows young people to ride 125cc machines from the age of 16.
This change was taken as an opportunity to address a new customer group. The aim of the campaign was to publicise this change in the law to young people aged 15 to 17 with an affinity for motorcycling and thus generate more traffic to the website.

Solutions
To appeal to this new target group, Motosuisse's adverts in Switzerland were placed on young people's preferred channel: Social Media.
A strategic mix of several social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat was activated with video adverts.
In addition to reach, we used affinity targeting in combination with lookalike and retargeting to reach the core target group.

results
Thanks to constant optimisation, the campaign targets were exceeded and significantly more traffic was directed to the Motosuisse website as agreed.
