Bongénie Grieder, a family business founded over 130 years ago, is a leading fashion company in Switzerland. They offer more than 250 luxury and premium brands in the ready-to-wear, beauty and household sectors. There are a total of 15 boutiques in Switzerland. Since 2013, Bongénie Grieder has had its own online shop, which gives customers access to all collections and outlets without having to look around on site. Online sales have exploded during the pandemic.
The brand used this opportunity to accelerate its digitalisation. Biggie (formerly Gamned!) supports Bongénie Grieder in the implementation of multi-channel campaigns (display, social, DOOH, drive to store) to achieve the brand's numerous objectives depending on seasonality and needs.

Year-round sales, presentation of new collections, launch of a new brand... Bongénie Grieder's goals are many and varied.
The company's main goal is to increase their online sales throughout the year. Since 2015, we have implemented a strategy that combines display and social media with DCO (dynamic creative optimisation) to attract new customers and encourage "hot" target groups to convert.
Each season, Bongénie Grieder aims to increase the visibility of its new collections. To this end, selective campaigns combining video and DOOH are used. DOOH will be used in cities and railway stations near the five largest Bongénie Grieder points of sale (Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, Basel and Bern) to increase the visibility of the points of sale and bring more visitors into the shops.
In the first quarter of 2021, Hofstetter Sports, a sports shop belonging to the Group, opened a new shop in Vésenaz. To mark the occasion, Bongénie Grieder has integrated this brand's products into its online shop. Biggie (formerly Gamned!) also supported this launch: Boosting online sales of this new sports range and generating traffic in the new physical shop. Several channels were activated, including drive to store, DOOH, display and social media.
