Paying and withdrawing money, receiving a salary or trading securities: private accounts are indispensable for everyday life.
Basler Kantonalbank offers countless options, including for young people, with many attractive offers (e.g. the free Visa Debit STUcard and the Colourkey).
This combined branding, traffic and performance campaign was specifically designed to draw attention to the offers for young people and encourage them to search for information on the website, contact the bank and apply to open an account.
The slogan designed was: "Isch drbyy!"

Solutions
A 3-month campaign in Basel and the region based on the See Think Do Care model to generate branding, traffic and performance (account openings via the landing page).
For this campaign, effective display banner formats for desktop and mobile, appealing videos for paid social media as well as micro-influencers (conception and activation) and programmatic digital out-of-home ads were used in a coordinated manner. The campaign was also supplemented by below-the-line measures such as daily posting campaigns including mobile marketing support in and around educational institutions in the region.
The defined, relevant target groups were accompanied and guided on the customer journey along the funnel (See, Think, Act) up to the consultation and account application. Sequential retargeting was also used for digital targeting in the respective stage of the See-Think-Do-Care funnel. Watch the video? here

results
The cross-channel, 360° coordinated deployment of the campaign resulted in 4.1 million impressions, more than 21,000 clicks, almost 700,000 PDOOH impressions with 6,500 plays and 80 direct account openings (macro leads).
Further account openings were completed thanks to this branding, traffic and performance campaign through indirect influence (online direct organic, drive-to-POI, direct marketing response) during the duration of the campaign.
