The image campaign of Basler Kantonalbank was realised under this guiding principle. To this end, Basel residents were asked in various surveys in advance about their greatest wishes and goals. With concrete and tangible customer needs as a starting point, the bank offers its customers a holistic advisory approach that focuses on life, goals and wishes.
To this end, an entire media strategy (online and offline), including display adverts and videos, was set up both digitally and for print media, Out of Home and Digital Out of Home.
